Citrus Adrenal Mocktail Recipe

If you've been following me for a while, you know I LOOOOVE sparkling water with lemon. This adrenal mocktail recipe is an enhanced version of that designed to help support and nourish the adrenal glands. The adrenal glands are responsible for stress hormone production. Supporting the adrenal glands can help balance stress levels and promote overall well-being. By incorporating ingredients such as citrus fruits, coconut water, and salt, this mocktail has naturally occurring nutrients such as vitamin c, potassium, and sodium which are scientifically proven to support the adrenal glands. I love topping this drink off with mineral water to add some extra minerals. Try this combination of fresh lemon juice, coconut water, sparkling mineral water, and a dash of sea salt for a refreshing and rejuvenating drink. Ingredients

  • Fresh squeezed organic lemon juice

  • Organic no sugar added coconut water

  • Plain sparkling mineral water

  • Sea, Himalayan, or Celtic salt

Directions

  1. Squeeze lemon juice from two lemons into a glass.

  2. Add at least 1/3 cup of coconut water.

  3. Add a dash of salt.

  4. Add sparkling water and stir until salt is dissolved.

All ingredients can be adjusted to taste. Enjoy!
